This policy covers the RocketCar Racing website (rocketcarracing.com) and RCR Reviews, our internal Google Drive tool (section 7).
1. Information we collect
None directly. The website has no forms, accounts, sign-ups or comments. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
2. How we use it
To answer your email, to keep the site running and secure, and to meet legal obligations.
3. Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels or ads.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the site or our email, and only as needed to provide those services, or when the law requires it.
5. Retention and security
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and for our records, and you can ask us to delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing the address below.
7. RCR Reviews (Google Drive tool)
RCR Reviews is an internal tool used only by RocketCar Racing on its own Google account. It is not offered to the public.
- Access: the Google Drive of our own RocketCar Racing account, and no other account. Its code writes only inside one private review folder in that Drive.
- Use: it uploads still frames from our own draft videos into a private folder in our own Drive for internal review.
- No personal data: it does not read, collect, sell or share anyone’s personal data, and it never shares files or changes who can see them.
- Storage: its sign-in token is kept encrypted on our own computers.
RCR Reviews’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
